Share a pic of your little one’s beautiful face with us and let us know what you love about BRITAX Head Safety or what it means to you. All photos are welcome – you don’t need to own a BRITAX product and your photo does not need to include a car seat.

Please be sure that you are following the instructions in the car seat user guide; we will not post images of children in car seats that potentially violate the warnings included in the product user guides. For example, when using your car seat, be sure that the harness is secured snuggly on your child and that the chest clip is at your child’s armpit level. All images will be reviewed and approved by BRITAX prior to posting.

BRITAX Release Statement

I, the undersigned, hereby consent to and authorize Britax Child Safety, Inc. and its parent companies, subsidiaries, related companies, successors and assigns (collectively “Companies”) the worldwide right and permission to take, record, publish or obtain testimonials, letters, e-mails, images or other statements from me (the “Statements”) and use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, display or exhibit in any media, including the Internet, types of advertising and promotion by any means, methods and technologies now known or hereafter to become known, either in whole or in part, the Statements for commercial and business purposes, for profit or otherwise, including, without limitation advertising, marketing and promotional materials. My name only may be used without identifying contact information along with my Statements. I further agree that the Companies will have the right to attribute the Statements to me, as an expression of my personal experience and beliefs.

I hereby assign and transfer any and all of my right, title and interest in and to the Statements including but not limited to any and all intellectual property rights, patent rights, trademarks, trade names and copyrights.

I hereby waive any and all rights that I may have over the use, distribution, transfer or display of the Statements at any time in the past, now, or in the future, including, without limitation any right to inspect and/or approve such use, distribution, transfer or display.

I hereby release and discharge, and agree to release and discharge, the Companies from any and all claims, known and unknown, in the past, now, or in the future, arising from or related to the use of the Statements, including but not limited to claims for violation of copyright(s), patent(s) or trademark(s), invasion of privacy, right of publicity, and/or defamation.

I further acknowledge that I am to receive no compensation or further consideration from the Companies other than any good will and publicity that I may receive relating to the publication, distribution or other use of the Statements as set forth in this Release.

I represent and warrant that I am over the age of eighteen (18) years. This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. This Release is being made and entered into under the laws of the State of North Carolina and the laws of the United States and shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of said state and federal law.

BRITAX Image Guidelines

Do not share:

Profane, obscene, or spiteful images, or any images with nudity.
Images to which you do not own the intellectual property rights.
Images featuring phone numbers, mail addresses, or URLs. You can watermark an image with copyright information.
Images featuring specific retailer availability or price.
Images featuring external Web sites, contests, or other solicitations.

The same guidelines apply to your photo captions and/or descriptions.

How do I share an image?
Select the "Browse" button to locate the image to be uploaded on the BRITAX web site. Uploading means sending a copy of the image over your internet connection from your computer to BRITAX. You will still have a copy on your computer.

What image formats and sizes are supported?
We support JPEG images. Files must be no more than 4MB. Both the image height and the image width must be between 60 and 2500 pixels.

Instead of uploading an image, can I just enter a link to an image?
No, all images must be uploaded to BRITAX. This ensures your image is always available.

How long does it take to upload an image?
The time varies depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of the image file. For a 400KB image, for example, you should expect 2 to 4 minutes over a 56KB modem and under 1 minute for DSL or cable modem.

How do I delete an image?
If you wish to have your image deleted, please contact us directly.

What if I find an inappropriate image?
If you feel that the image is illegal, offensive, pornographic, an infringement of copyright, or otherwise violates BRITAX’s guidelines, please contact us directly.

What do I do if my image was deleted?
We regularly investigate images that have been reported to BRITAX as violating our guidelines. If you feel your image was removed inappropriately, please contact us.
